8. Menu, Nutritional and Allergen Information

Menu details, nutritional values, dietary tags (such as vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free) and allergen information displayed on Vinelier are supplied by the restaurants and, in part, generated or estimated by automated tools. Vinelier does not prepare the food and does not independently verify this information. It may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, and dishes may be prepared in kitchens where allergens are present, creating a risk of cross-contamination. This information is provided for general guidance only and is not a substitute for confirming directly with the restaurant. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or other medical dietary requirement, you must check with the restaurant before ordering or consuming any dish. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinelier accepts no liability for any reliance on menu, nutritional, dietary, or allergen information displayed on the platform. 9. Accuracy of Restaurant-Provided Information

Restaurants and venues that list on Vinelier are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the menu, dish, pricing, dietary, nutritional, and allergen information they provide, and for complying with all applicable food-information and food-safety laws, including allergen-declaration obligations. By submitting such information, the restaurant warrants that it is accurate and lawful and agrees to keep it up to date. The restaurant agrees to indemnify and hold Vinelier harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from information it has supplied that is inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinelier and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

11. Termination
