At Sushibar+Wine, environmental responsibility, sustainability, and ethical practices are core values. We aim to reduce our environmental footprint and help our customers make better choices for the environment. We have made environmental issues an essential part of our corporate culture. Our green values are evident in our daily operations, and we continually strive to improve our environmental impact. We focus on high-quality ingredients while emphasizing sustainable consumption. All orders are prepared from fresh ingredients and made on-site in our restaurants. Most of our fish and seafood are selected from the green list of the WWF's seafood guide. We also collaborate with WWF: a portion of the sales from our collaboration assortment is donated to the protection of the Baltic Sea. We have also received the EcoCompass certificate as a sign of our continuous development towards more ecological operations. Alert wine lover in KamppiOur wine list features products from small wineries, and the producers make the wines either organically or biodynamically. Our sommelier develops the wine selection together with our importer, Viinitie. We have also developed a signature Riesling in collaboration with Battenfeld Spanier and our own lager with Kimito Brewing. All our wines are made using organic methods, even if not all our producers have organic certification. Most of our other beverage options are also organic. NordicWe collaborate with Nordic interior design companies. The furniture we use has always been the timeless Artek Aalto series. We regularly refurbish our furniture, allowing it to last year after year. Our dishes are primarily Marimekko and handcrafted by the Finnish wood artist Tebian. We want to support domestic small businesses and artists. The art in each of our restaurants is unique, and we favor emerging artists. At Sushibar+Wine on Uudenmaankatu, the art exhibitions change every two months. Welcome for dinner or a glass of wine!
