Solmu's special batches are made in Lauttasaari, while larger batches, like Solmu Dry Lager, are brewed at the Sinebrychoff brewery in Kerava. Solmu Brewery's food philosophy aligns with the rest of Solmu: food that transports your mind to the sea, even when on land. The menu, crafted by Head Chef Sylvester Soisalo, is relaxed and approachable, yet high-quality. We’ve set the bar high when it comes to ingredients and flavor.
