Favorites on the starter menu include not only the ever-popular Toast Skagen but also traditional creamy salmon soup and, staying true to the style of the former luxury store, oysters. The main courses feature a balanced selection of seafood, along with hearty meat dishes. Before dessert—or as a substitute—you can enjoy a selection of rotating cheeses. At lunchtime, Salutorget offers its classics and a three-course recommended menu at the corner of Market Square. At Salutorget, you can share a Scandinavian-style Afternoon Tea with friends.
