Our taste journey includes classic Scandinavian tastes with a modern and bold twist – bringing to your plate the best trends of the Saimaa Region, both the land and the sea. We cater for everyone, for which reason our menu includes fully vegetarian options and also takes account of other special diets. We want to offer our customers a perfect experience, which is crowned by excellent, unique, and best-in-town wines. We use small Artisan vineyards and only accept into our selection wines that have been made as organically as possible, because it is important for us that the wine brings out not only the qualities of the grapes but also the potential that is provided by the entire growth environment or terroir of the wine region. In other words, we want to be able to taste in the wine its entire terroir, the sense of place, bottled and transported directly from the vineyard to our table
