Why don't they have a normal name ...

When the building was first visited and preparations were made to open the restaurant, it was clear in the first 15 minutes which one restaurant should NOT be. In the next 15 minutes, it was also clear that all the normal restaurant names had already been taken. In principle, the situation was similar to the first startup of an garage band. They had the right hairstyles, they knew how the band should NOT sound and they didn't have a name. After a long silence, they disbanded hopelessly - like thousands of musicians after the first rehearsal. But already the next morning they met at the same address - Rataskaevu 16. Unnoticed, these so-called naming rehersals became a daily routine. After a while, the restaurant was already quite pleasant. Annoying name issue was avoided. They talked about something else and the conversations became engaging. They were interesting to each other! They spent together long days. An atmosphere developed around them, which everyone had longed for in their own way, but could not describe. This means food that tastes good to everyone, people who everybody likes and atmosphere where everybody loves to stay. This is still the case today. In modern art, it is called "work in progress". You are welcome to visit! Please contact the restaurant if there are no vacancies in the online system, as online bookings will be locked out early, but this does not mean that there are no seats in the restaurant.
