The restaurant is bright and cozy, and its menu prominently features herbs, perfectly reflecting its name, Loft & Ürdid. Every morning, the restaurant bakes its own bread and prepares homemade juice. The central decoration of the restaurant's interior is a live olive tree – a symbol of peace, prosperity, and fertility. Art enthusiasts will appreciate the paintings adorning the restaurant, created by Janek's brother, Marek Villermann. The restaurant features an open kitchen, allowing you to watch the well-coordinated work of the chefs while waiting for your meal. Every delicacy that reaches your table exudes great dedication and love for food. The restaurant opens its doors at 11:00 AM, serving a buffet-style lunch. After that, Loft & Ürdid transforms into a classic à la carte restaurant. An ideal and balanced start to Sunday begins with a pancake breakfast at the restaurant, where both sweet tooths and those craving savory bites will find something to their liking on the menu. Loft & Ürdid is the perfect place to celebrate special events of various natures, accommodating up to 100 guests. It is versatile, well-located, bright, spacious, and offers excellent culinary experiences. Both Loft & Ürdid and its sister restaurant 7Ürti are creations inspired by the vision and experiences of head chef Janek Villermann. Having traveled the world for decades, Janek has drawn inspiration from distant cultures and traditions. He shares his carefully collected ideas and experiences with restaurant visitors, showcasing his passion for food. Loft & Ürdid opened its doors on December 8, 2019.
