Karljohan cooks classics and traditionalities with a big heart. Houses vorschmack, overcooked sirloin chest, thymus and all the other visceral foods has found many loyal friends within 30 years. In the 10 to 12 course lunch menu which change every day you could find something like Tirri roast which is an traditional Carelian fat puree, old-time dill meat or lamb cabbage.
