Restaurant Elsa is a restaurant built in the starkly beautiful Lapland landscapes of Hannukainen village in Kolari.

Elsa is an experiential dinner restaurant founded by entrepreneur and head chef Sirly Ylläsjärvi, which respects both the origin of the property, the surrounding nature, and the locally sourced seasonal ingredients served to guests. The building, formerly an old stone barn, hides within it only one long dining table, around which 18 guests can gather to enjoy an unforgettable evening.
