Our Story
House-made handcrafted "living" beers Beer house beers are brewed according to German recipes, some of which are originated from the Bavarian breweries that date back to the 16th century.
The beer making process (wort boiling) starts in the middle of the big hall, just under the eyes of guests. From the hall, the wort is pumped into large tanks where it brews 5-6 days and then matures 21 days. The whole beer making process takes around 27-28 days. 7 sorts of “living” beers This means, that their beers are non-filtered and unpasteurized, which ensures the richness and great flavour.
