Our Story
Restaurant Skörd has local food and drink at its best.
All of the restaurant's ingredients and drinks come from our beloved homeland, Finland, which means you won't find peppers or avocados from the other side of the globe. Anton and Jon are busy in the kitchen, conjuring up delicious taste experiences from seasonal ingredients that come as close as possible, wild herbs and berries collected by themselves, game and wild fish. Janne entertains the guests in the hall, he serves high-quality domestic estate wines, beers, ciders and home-made berry liqueurs that go well with the food, and conjures up cocktails from seasonal ingredients. Everyone is welcome to Skörd to have fun with delicious food and drink! Ps. We don't use any processed products, so we can't use milk, cream, butter or egg substitutes and thus we can't make a completely dairy-free or vegan menu
