The dishes are made of local ingredients, using traditional recipes. The restaurant is located at the 2nd floor of Santa’s Hotel Santa Claus. The word "Gaissa" comes from Sami language and describes a fell with a year-round snow covering on the top. Just like the Lappish fells offer a home for the snow through the seasons, our Restaurant Gaissa hosts Nordic and Arctic flavors around year.
