Sentralen Restaurant is an informal dining venue for most occasions, serving food made from quality Norwegian ingredients and continental flavours.

There aren’t any white tablecloths on the tables, and we won’t hover over you or top up your water or wine. If you like, you and your friends can order several different dishes which will be served ready to share. We want to create a social and rustic atmosphere around the table, with platters that are easy to dig into and share. Our menu will change frequently according to the season, and there will always be plenty of light bites as well as bigger dishes that are designed for several people. And if you find that you just can’t choose between all the tempting options on offer, every day we will put together a select assortment of the light bites of the day. You’re welcome to book a table for lunch or dinner, and we will always try to set some tables aside for those who just want to drop in.
