The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00-23:00. 180° opened August 2018 by Michelin star chef Matthias Diether and has since had immediate success. Chef Diether said the backstory of the name was because the kitchen in the middle, the heart of the restaurant is 180 degrees, and the view to the seaside is also 180 degrees. 180° is the creation ofMichelin starred chef Matthias Dietherand his dedicated team. His aim is not only to raise the bar for haute cuisine in Estonia but to raise the roof by turning dining into a multi-sensory escapade to remember. Diether worked for several years atFirst Floor, Berlin, where he consistently won over the Michelin inspectors. Hewon a star every year since 1997. Dining at 180° is quite the event. You can choose between4 or 6 courses, and to complement the menu, the sommeliers offer either champagne or wine pairings.
